How will this program help the client decide if they are ready to retire?
Most people do not have any idea what it takes to survive, financially, through retirement. Using prudent estimates, the Retirement Analyzer can give a clear picture of that period of time.

What if Retirement Analyzer shows the client is not financially ready?
This may happen. At that point, you can clearly indicate the options available. I have found generally there are three alternatives: 1) continue working, 2) generate income from a different line of work, 3) cut back on expenses. The Retirement Analyzer will clearly show the effects of each option.

What documentation does the client need at the first interview?
We recommend four items: A projection of retirement benefits from the employer estimated at time of desired retirement age, a Statement of Benefits from the Social Security Administration, current payroll stub, and recent account statements from any source of funds that are specifically earmarked for retirement.
